We have tried our best to answer all your questions. If you don’t find the answer you are looking for, you are welcome to a give us call.
Our office price is $75 + GST.
We are not a walk-in clinic, and appointments are preferred. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to book last minute appointments, always give us a call and we will see if we can fit you in.
We offer a 20 minute appointment as our standard office visit time. Alternatively, we have the option of 30 minutes if you would like longer with our Doctor. When booking please let us know what you would prefer.
We are not an emergency clinic, but we can accept emergencies if we have the space. Please give us a call if you feel you have an emergency.
Definitely! If you are a current client of ours please give us 7 days to process any refills. You can call or use our contact form. If you need a prescription refill but are not a client of ours, please call us so we can help you directly. PLEASE NOTE: not all prescriptions are refillable, if you have any questions, please call our clinic.

Yes! We work with VOKRA. This means if you are fostering a cat, or looking for a post-adoption check-up we can do that for you.
If you miss your appointment, do not show or cancel with less than 48 hours there will be a $75 fee. We are a busy clinic, and if you do not show to your appointment, someone else could have taken that spot. We do expect our clients to value our Doctors time, just as we value yours. If you ever need to move or cancel please give us 24 hours notice.
In regards to surgery; we expect at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice there will be a 50% charge. As stated above, we are a busy clinic and are booking over 4 weeks away with surgery. Please be mindful that if you cancel the morning of your surgery, this spot could have been filled by someone else and it then leaves a gap in our Doctors day.
